Ashley Deleon is a proud Afro-Latina born and raised in New Jersey. Her parents both immigrated from the Dominican Republic and Colombia, sacrificing their own wants and needs so that she could have the opportunity to chase her dreams. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. Ashley graduated from Rutgers University and trained at UCLA and The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. She appeared in Regrets, a melodrama now streaming on Peacock, and is actively writing and creating her own material. She is also a proud acting cohort member of Lena Waithe’s 2026 Hillman Grad Program. Ashley finds vocation in telling stories of underrepresented communities, highlighting stories pertaining to addiction and mental health. Additionally, she has a huge fascination with horror stories and plays. When she is not acting, she can probably be found traveling, running, or spending quality time with her dogs, friends, and family.
